A hanging, crooked, bumpy or irregular nose can be easily corrected without surgery. The treatment takes place via hyaluronic acid in a maximum of two sessions of 20 minutes each and the result is immediately visible. If required, the nose is anesthetized locally, after 5 to 10 minutes, the hyaluronic acid in the form of a gel is injected under the skin and the nose is shaped to the desired form.
As with any injection the puncture point is noticeable and a slight swelling and redness may be visible, as well. Any individual risks are discussed and explained prior to Rhinoplasty.
The injections with hyaluronic acid operate for the duration of a minimum 12 months up to a maximum of 24 months, depending on the type of remodeling needed. The costs depend on the complexity of the treatment and of the materials needed. The costs start at 300 Euros.
